IMEG is hiring a Controls Intern for its Summer 2027 internship program in Urbandale, Iowa. Over a 10–12 week, full-time in-office placement, the intern will support engineering analysis, controls design, control documentation, multidisciplinary coordination, project documentation, design reviews, addenda, and periodic job-site observations for building performance, controls, and commissioning projects. Applicants must have completed at least two years toward a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent degree, have prior exposure to AutoCAD Electrical and proficiency with Microsoft Office, and communicate clearly. The internship is paid, sponsorship is unavailable, and benefits mentioned include health, dental, vision, and life insurance eligibility from the first day.
