Description
HDR is hiring a Controls Intern to gain real-world experience on engineering projects, connect with company leaders through mentoring and young professionals programs, apply standard engineering techniques, and perform assignments under the direct supervision of a professional or Project Manager. The role is part of HDR’s Building Engineering Services Group and involves supporting mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil engineering work for data centers, commercial environments, and other facilities. Preferred qualifications include two years of completed coursework toward a degree with a 3.0 GPA and knowledge of relevant software packages; required qualifications include current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate engineering program, attention to detail, strong problem-solving and communication skills, basic Microsoft Office skills, and commitment to HDR’s employee-owned culture.
