DATA4 is hiring a full-time Data Center Controls Lead for its Design & Construction department to manage controls engineering across data center design, construction, commissioning, and operational improvement. The role owns controls design standards and products, develops conceptual and detailed controls systems, analyzes power and cooling requirements, coordinates with electrical, mechanical, IT, and security teams, oversees commissioning, represents the company with vendors and consultants, and maintains technical documentation. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience, at least seven years of data center design and construction or critical infrastructure experience, strong controls and thermal-management expertise, commissioning experience, and fluent English.
