Diageo is hiring an Internal Controls Manager in Mexico City to manage and complete internal controls for assigned business processes. The role partners with Finance and business teams to apply global control standards, monitor control effectiveness, coordinate remediation of control gaps, support internal and external audits, provide controls guidance for changes, prepare reporting, and strengthen accountability and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 5–8 years of experience in internal controls, audit, risk, finance governance, compliance, or related functions, and experience with control assessments, monitoring, remediation, and cross-functional stakeholder work.
