IMEG is hiring a Controls New Graduate in Omaha, Nebraska for Summer 2027. This entry-level, full-time, in-office position supports the design and analysis of control systems and engineered controls documentation for building performance, controls, and commissioning projects. Responsibilities include designing network, PLC/SCADA, motor starter, and enclosure systems; preparing specifications, calculations, schematics, loop drawings, I/O lists, and device schedules; supporting planning, documentation, quality control, and multidisciplinary coordination. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent, technical knowledge of controls, networks, PLCs, electrical circuits, motor starters, engineering software, and strong communication and teamwork skills. Travel is up to 5%, sponsorship is unavailable, and medical, dental, and vision coverage begins on the first day.
