Description
The Controls Engineer/Controls Integrator will lead and support building management system installation projects, designing, programming, integrating, installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting BMS systems. The role covers HVAC, lighting, and energy systems; coordination with MEP engineers; project documentation; client and internal technical support; and training. Candidates need a background in engineering or building management systems, at least five years of BMS engineering or controls management experience, and proficiency with Niagara Framework, Tridium, and open protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks.
