Description
The Project Manager will independently manage the full lifecycle of assigned projects, including sales, engineering, estimating, proposals, contracts, budgeting, procurement, construction oversight, commissioning, closeout, and customer relationships. The role coordinates internal and third-party resources, manages change orders and upselling, supports junior project engineers, and requires on-site work at construction sites. A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management is preferred, along with 10–15 years of related work and engineering experience in the controls or construction industry; the position offers $80,000–$120,000 annually.
