KFI Engineers is hiring a Controls Specialist for its Performance Group to lead controls projects from planning and budgeting through technical execution, commissioning, field support, and QA/QC. The role manages project resources and subcontractors, prepares control documentation and specifications, troubleshoots DDC or PLC systems, mentors junior staff, and supports business development and proposal preparation. Candidates need an associate’s degree or related certification, at least five years of controls systems experience, project-management and subcontractor-management experience, and DDC or PLC programming experience. The position offers health, dental, and vision insurance, a salary of $105,500 to $131,900, and may include up to 25% domestic travel.
