Description

MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions is hiring a Controls Specialist to configure, set up, test, commission, and troubleshoot building control systems in commercial buildings. The role supports energy monitoring, sustainability, software implementation, and mechanical equipment testing, and reports to the Controls Specialist Manager. Candidates should have a fundamental understanding of mechanical systems, controls, and building automation, along with a proven customer-service record and willingness to learn. The role offers remote flexibility when not on-site and is based at the SeaTac and Seattle offices.

Controls Specialist III:** $105,000 – $136,000 annually with company vehicle
Senior Controls Specialist:** $122,000 – $160,000 annually with company vehicle
