Georgia-Pacific is hiring a Controls Systems Operator for its Oriented Strand Board plant in Fordyce, Arkansas. The role operates HMI and computer control systems, monitors and enters data, troubleshoots production equipment, performs basic asset care, supports production and quality goals, and operates mobile equipment. The position requires experience operating production equipment from a control room using HMI, DCS, or similar process control software, and offers a 12-hour rotating day-and-night schedule with overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed.
