Johnson Controls is hiring a Building Controls Engineer to design, configure, and deliver building control systems for fire, HVAC, and other low-voltage applications. The role bridges engineering design, system programming, and field installation; develops hardware and software designs, coordinates project teams, supports commissioning and troubleshooting, prepares documentation, and contributes to value engineering and continuous improvement. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent engineering technology or building systems diploma, plus experience with building automation, HVAC controls, fire systems, or related low-voltage systems, is required. The position offers an hourly range of $36–$46 and benefits including medical, dental, and vision care.
