Description
The Controls Service Technician will start up, troubleshoot, and repair complex HVAC controls on systems including VRF, dedicated outside air units, boilers, computer room units, water source heat pumps, VAVs, packaged rooftops, and split DX units. The role also includes monthly service-contract customer meetings, training owners and contractors, documenting work, ordering parts, and maintaining customer relationships. It is based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with up to 5% out-of-state travel, and requires an associate degree or equivalent technical education, two years of related experience, or five years of related experience, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders.
