Description
Dexterra Group is hiring a Controls Technician to maintain, service, and commission computerized automated building controls, including HVAC and VCI control systems. The role involves installing and wiring BAS control systems, troubleshooting HVAC controls and network issues, verifying systems, updating control sequences, supporting project startups, responding to service calls, coordinating with contractors, maintaining documentation, and communicating with clients. Candidates need 3–5 years of construction or building controls experience, relevant controls or HVAC experience, a diploma or equivalent experience, a valid driver’s license, a clear abstract, and the ability to obtain government security clearance for site work.
