Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, is hiring a Controls Technician for its manufacturing facility in Bedford Park, Illinois. The role maintains, troubleshoots, calibrates, and installs pneumatic and electronic instrumentation, PLC/Servo/HMI systems, and production equipment; supports equipment specification and project management; and manages contractor tasks. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of industrial maintenance experience, two years of DCS and PLC experience, ISO and PSM experience, and the ability to read manuals and schematics. It offers a Monday-to-Friday 6:00 AM–2:30 PM schedule with some flexibility, rotating on-call duty, and compensation starting at $44.00 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
