Description
The Manufacturing Controls Technician provides technical support to manufacturing, engineering, and setup personnel; troubleshoots and maintains PLC, vision, robotics, and servo systems; conducts process verification; develops work standards; trains staff; and leads root-cause investigations and corrective actions. The role requires a manufacturing or electrical engineering technology degree or at least three years of relevant controls troubleshooting experience, strong communication and project-management skills, and the ability to lead and support other staff.
