Description
The Controls Technician installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs electrical and automation systems in a production environment. The role includes PLC programming and HMI development, instrumentation calibration, electrical wiring and control-panel work, equipment troubleshooting, process improvement collaboration, and training production personnel. It requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, PLC and HMI proficiency, industrial controls knowledge, and availability for all shifts, holidays, and weekends. The position pays $30-$45 per hour and is an individual-contributor role under the Maintenance Manager.
