The position includes commissioning, preventive maintenance, equipment startups, changeovers, on-call emergency support, documentation, vendor coordination, and mentoring junior technicians. It requires an associate degree in a relevant field, 5–8 years of industrial controls or automation experience, strong electrical and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in industrial settings with occasional travel and on-call duties.
