Capital One is hiring a Controls Testing Lead to own and improve its UK controls testing programme, lead a team of control experts, optimise testing processes, engage senior stakeholders, and support AI governance and automation in control execution. The role is permanent and based in the Nottingham office, with a hybrid schedule of three office days and two work-from-home days per week. It requires significant risk and control experience in a regulated corporate environment, knowledge of AI tools and governance, process optimisation, and strong stakeholder management skills.
