Description
Samtec, Inc. is hiring a Control Vision Engineer CO-OP/Student to build, wire, and plumb electrical and pneumatic control systems for automated machines, support controls installation and upgrades, troubleshoot and repair automated controls, debug and qualify machines, and learn control design and programming. The role requires a 4th-year student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field, along with electrical schematic and CAD reading, communication, analytical, computer, and industrial-control knowledge. PLC, robotics, industrial communication protocols, and programming experience are preferred.
