AfA AG is hiring a Conventional Lathe Operator to manufacture large components according to drawings, check surface quality and dimensions, set up and inspect machines and tools, optimize production processes, maintain equipment, use measuring instruments safely, and handle components with overhead cranes. The role requires vocational training in lathe operation, machining, or industrial mechanics with turning qualification, strong conventional turning knowledge, several years of experience operating conventional turning or milling machines, and a structured, goal-oriented working style.
