Description
The Conventional Lathe Operator repairs and manufactures parts for electric motors and industrial machines using conventional lathes and milling machines. Duties include turning shafts and tools, milling and laminating commutators, welding shafts and bearing covers, modifying fans, repairing motor feet and terminal boxes, balancing rotors, and accurately measuring components. The role requires technical education in mechanics A2, conventional turning experience, leadership abilities, and a very good command of Dutch; electric-motor, fan, or pump experience is a plus. It is a full-time daytime position with Monday-to-Friday hours, training support, and a possible permanent position.
