The expertum Group is seeking a conventional milling specialist (m/f/d) for a permanent, two-shift role in Crailsheim, Germany. The position involves independently setting up, configuring, and operating milling machines; manufacturing single parts and small series; machining materials for special-purpose machine construction; inspecting workpieces; maintaining quality standards; performing minor machine maintenance; and documenting work. Candidates need machining, precision-mechanic, or comparable training; milling experience; technical-drawing and inspection skills; a structured, quality-conscious approach; and willingness to work two shifts. German language skills are preferred, and the role includes a permanent contract, holiday and Christmas bonuses, pension, protective clothing, occupational medical checks, and further training.
