Description
The Converge Intern position at Sandy Cove Ministries is a hands-on learning experience in hospitality within a ministry setting. Interns will work 20-30 hours per week across various departments such as Activities, Event Tech, Food Service, Housekeeping, and Lifeguard, adapting to guest and ministry needs. The program offers opportunities for college credits, on-campus housing, meals, and life skills training in financial literacy, communication, and emotional intelligence. Interns will also be integrated into the Sandy Cove community through coaching and gatherings.
