Adobe is hiring a Conversation AI Specialist to build agentic, process-aligned dialogue systems for an advisor efficiency platform. The role owns the full conversation stack, including intent detection, dialogue orchestration, LLM-powered advisor-assist tools, prompt architecture, production deployment, quality evaluation, and graceful handling of uncertain or out-of-scope inputs across chat, phone, and ecommerce. Candidates need 3–5 years of relevant experience, Python and NLP proficiency, and experience with production conversational AI.
