Maytronics France is hiring a Conversational AI Assistant Intern for a six-month internship in La Ciotat. Reporting to the Customer Service Director, the intern will develop and improve Phin, a conversational chatbot, by creating conversational workflows, updating knowledge-base content, analyzing customer interactions, testing changes, tracking performance indicators, preparing dashboards, and collaborating with international teams. The role requires a Bac +2 to Bac +5 background in digital technology, information systems, or a related field, strong digital and English skills, and an interest in AI, chatbots, automation, and customer experience.
