The role involves building conversational chatbot solutions, developing and testing JavaScript-based software, performing unit testing and code reviews, resolving defects, supporting production, and contributing to project analysis and delivery. Candidates need substantial experience with NLP, large language models, generative AI, JavaScript, and chatbot or virtual-agent technologies, along with experience with platforms such as DialogFlow, Kore.ai, Cognigy, Amazon Lex, or Omilia.
