Description
EVERSANA is hiring a Conversational AI Engineer to design, build, test, and maintain intelligent virtual agents using NICE Cognigy, with a focus on digital chat and self-service use cases. The role develops conversation flows, intents, entities, dialog logic, and handoff scenarios; tunes NLU models; integrates chatbots with CRM, knowledge bases, APIs, and automation services; monitors bot performance; and supports production releases and troubleshooting. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience and 3–5 years of conversational AI or chatbot development experience, with Cognigy experience preferred. It is a 40-hour-per-week role available in select United States locations.
