Golden 1 Credit Union is hiring a Conversational AI Engineer to configure, maintain, and support conversational AI solutions for member-service applications. The role covers conversational flows, prompts, knowledge sources, RAG, API integrations, JavaScript-based workflows, testing, UAT, deployment, production operations, and governance. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least three years of conversational AI or related experience, three years of conversational AI platform experience, and three years of hands-on JavaScript experience, with LLM, prompt engineering, API, and integration experience also required. The position is hybrid in Sacramento, California, with one in-office day per week, and pays $112,200 to $125,000 annually.
