IST Networks is hiring a Conversational AI Engineer to own end-to-end delivery of voicebots and chatbots across Kore.ai, Genesys Cloud, Sprinklr, and Cognigy. The role involves translating client needs into technical specifications, designing conversational flows, integrating backend systems and APIs, configuring NLP/NLU models, applying prompt engineering and LLM integrations, supporting live deployments, and improving bot performance. Candidates need 1–3 years of chatbot or voicebot experience, knowledge of NLP/NLU and API integration, scripting ability in Python or JavaScript, cloud familiarity, and a relevant bachelor's or master's degree.
