Google is hiring a Conversational AI Strategic Cloud Engineer to serve as the technical engagement lead for strategic enterprise customers on conversational AI initiatives. The role involves requirements gathering, solution architecture, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and production delivery of conversational interfaces and virtual agents using Google’s Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience suite. The engineer will also advise customers on machine learning systems, coach them on model and feature management, collaborate with Google product teams, and create technical assets.
