Description
Converse is hiring a 1099 independent-contractor Brand Representative – Visual Merchandising to support retail stores across assigned territories. The role executes visual merchandising, installs and maintains marketing materials, maintains product presentation standards, educates store associates, builds relationships with store teams, and submits store-visit reports through the ThirdChannel app. Visits are typically 1–2 hours, generally one per store per month, and scheduled Monday through Thursday; compensation starts at $24 per hour. Previous retail or visual merchandising experience is preferred, and applicants must own a smart device with internet access.
