Converse is hiring a part-time Sales Associate for its Viladecans, Barcelona store. The role focuses on driving sales and building customer relationships through excellent service and selling techniques, while also supporting merchandising, product flow, store cleanliness, safety, and operational standards. Candidates should preferably have 1–2 years of customer service or retail experience, basic retail math and computer skills, strong communication and teamwork abilities, flexibility to work retail hours, and the physical ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, stock merchandise, and unload shipments.
