Description
DS Smith is hiring a Conversion Machine Technician L1 to support the Operator in setting up and running conversion machines, maintain quality standards, follow health and safety procedures, and document good working practices. The role reports to Shift Managers, receives training to become a successful Operator, and offers internal promotion opportunities. Candidates should have some manufacturing and shift-work experience, work well in a team, communicate effectively, and be able to work independently. The position is based in Fordham, Newmarket, on a 12-hour day and night rotation starting at 06:00 or 18:00.
