Gusto is hiring a ConversionOps Associate to independently manage retirement-plan conversions, including validating and allocating participant assets, reconciling trust and legacy-provider data, establishing loan records, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accurate data before plan activation. The role requires at least three years of experience in retirement-plan administration, financial operations, or onboarding-focused operational roles, along with strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills. The Denver compensation range is $25.86 to $29.09 per hour, with hybrid office expectations of approximately two to three days per week.
