Description
The Conversion Crew performs behind-the-scenes setup and teardown for arena events, including converting basketball courts to concert or event spaces, arranging seating and furniture, installing and removing equipment and barricades, moving staging materials, and maintaining arena property. The role may require operating industrial vehicles and involves heavy lifting, night, weekend, and holiday work. A high school diploma or GED and two years of experience are preferred, along with forklift and warehouse equipment experience, measuring and tooling skills, and the ability to work in a professional manner.
