Inteplast Group is hiring a Team Leader, specifically a Conversion Team Leader, to provide hands-on training, troubleshooting, and technical support in a manufacturing conversion department. The role develops operator skills, improves machine performance, supports efficient changeovers, monitors production speed and downtime, maintains safety and quality standards, and drives continuous improvement and OEE tracking. The position requires prior conversion-equipment experience, knowledge of bag-making processes and machine operation, mentoring ability, and flexibility to work shifts or overtime.
