Description
The Conversion Technician supports stadium operations by executing event setups, strikes, and daily operational tasks across multiple departments. The role leads conversions involving field LEDs, concert flooring, gate sets, and other event furnishings and equipment; coordinates with the IATSE Steward and other teams; prepares and installs event infrastructure; organizes FF&E; and assists with building checks, mailroom, and loading dock functions. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of related work experience, availability for overnight hours, weekends, overtime, and holidays, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in a stadium environment.
