Pregis is hiring a Converting Machine Operator for its Arlington manufacturing team on a 6:00 PM–6:00 AM night shift with a 2-2-3 rotating schedule. The role involves setting up, operating, monitoring, adjusting, and troubleshooting converting and finishing equipment used to produce packaging products, while maintaining quality, productivity, safety, and production records. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 3–5+ years of relevant manufacturing or converting experience, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
