Georgia-Pacific is hiring a Converting Operations Manager to lead converting and plant production operations at its Albany, Georgia facility. The role oversees safety, quality, productivity, cost, equipment reliability, continuous improvement, and operational metrics while coaching supervisors and operators and coordinating with Maintenance, Quality, Safety, Commercial, Planning, and Supply Chain. Candidates need corrugated converting manufacturing experience, troubleshooting and supervisory experience, and legal authorization to work permanently in the United States; five or more years of corrugated-industry leadership experience, process optimization experience, and a bachelor’s degree or higher are preferred.
