Description
The Converting Operator A operates machinery in a manufacturing environment to produce high-quality products, maintain scrap, perform quality inspections and troubleshooting, change jobs according to work instructions, move materials, and maintain a clean production area. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math and English skills, the ability to operate machinery and pass a safety test, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in hot, humid, or cold conditions.
