Description
Pregis is hiring a full-time, hourly, non-exempt Production Operator for its manufacturing department. The role operates and sets up production lines, performs quality checks and measurements, handles packaging and scrap, maintains equipment, supports other production workers, and follows safety and reporting procedures. The position requires prior manufacturing or similar experience, a high school diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, forklift operation, mathematical and communication skills, and knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems. It involves rotating 12-hour shifts, overtime as needed, and physically demanding work in a hot, humid, noisy indoor environment.
