ND Paper is hiring a Converting Shift Lead in Sturtevant, Wisconsin, to lead the day-to-day operations of the converting department across three shifts. The role directs crewing, production scheduling, changeovers, quality checks, safety compliance, reporting, and operator training for Flexo Folder Gluer, Rotary Die Cutter, and other converting machine centers. Candidates need at least two years of experience operating an FFG, RDC, or comparable converting machine in a corrugated or packaging environment, along with knowledge of machine setup, troubleshooting, job tickets, and production schedules.
