Pregis is hiring a Converting Supervisor for its Converting department in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The role reports to the Production Manager and oversees day-to-day converting production operations, including scheduling, work assignments, employee performance, training, safety, housekeeping, continuous improvement, quality, productivity, and communication between employees and management. The position works the second shift from 2:45 to 11:00 PM and requires at least five years of progressive plant operations experience and two years of management experience; an associate’s degree is preferred.
