Burgess & Niple is hiring a Conveyance CADD Technician to provide drafting support for civil and conveyance projects. The role prepares preliminary layouts and detailed construction drawings, reviews drawings for accuracy, coordinates with project engineers and designers, and uses CADD software to produce plans, details, and specifications. A high school diploma or GED is required, while 2–4 years of related CADD experience, Civil 3D proficiency, and an associate degree or related certificate are specified or preferred.
