Description
The Conveyance Coordinator supports the Conveyance Supervisor in coordinating plant-wide receiving, material movement, equipment operations, inventory accuracy, documentation, and employee training. The role provides floor-level direction, monitors GMP, food-safety, and workplace-compliance standards, supports production and supply-chain departments, and acts as the department lead when assigned. During the pomegranate season, the position also coordinates fresh-fruit trailer traffic and yard operations. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, English literacy, material-handling knowledge, safety and recordkeeping skills, computer proficiency, and availability for all shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays; one to three years of relevant experience and previous lead or assistant-supervisory experience are preferred. Base compensation is $23–$25, with medical, vision, dental, and 401(k) benefits mentioned.
