King County is hiring a Conveyance Program Manager / Infrastructure Coordinator (Wastewater Construction Management III) to support system-wide conveyance capital and operating projects. Reporting to the Conveyance Supervisor, the role serves as a subject-matter expert bridging engineering, delivery, planning, and frontline wastewater operations; it reviews designs and procedures, influences project sequencing, coordinates stakeholder requirements and training, and improves workflows for damaged-asset transitions. The position is full-time, hybrid, and primarily based at the South Treatment Plant in Renton, Washington, with field work at wastewater treatment facilities and frequent confined-space entry.
