Amity Law is hiring an experienced Conveyancer to manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through completion and post-completion. The role covers freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, legal documentation, searches, enquiries, title information, client reporting, case management, client communication, compliance checks, risk escalation, lender requirements, and accurate matter records. Candidates need hands-on residential conveyancing experience, knowledge of sales processes and risks, familiarity with client due diligence and anti-money laundering requirements, and strong communication and organisational skills. The role follows a hybrid work arrangement combining regular in-office connection with working from home.
