Description
The COO will plan, direct, and control the administrative, commercial, operational, and financial activities of a Highways business unit, including reporting to the Board, managing operating and financial models, budgets, human resources, regulatory and political relations, technology adoption, and compliance with concession and company standards. The role requires civil engineering or related education, business administration and management experience in road infrastructure, 8 years of experience, proficiency in project and Microsoft Office, and leadership, change management, and strategic planning competencies.
