SuReal is hiring a COO to join its executive team and translate strategic decisions into operational execution at the Belgian entity level. The role oversees people management, sales processes and commercial leadership, financial performance, project quality, compliance, and strategic initiatives, while reporting to the founders and supporting the company’s growth toward €28M group revenue by 2030. The position starts as COO with a clear path to MD Belgium and possible future MD Group, requires at least 10 years of relevant experience including senior operational leadership, and is based in Brussels with a 4/5 work arrangement.
