Description
Single Grain is hiring a Chief Operating Officer to lead operations, profitability, client success, revenue pipeline, finance and FP&A, talent development, and operating cadence at its digital marketing agency. The role will expand to Karrot.ai once systems are established and requires a track record of scaling revenue to $20–$50 million with at least 15% EBITDA, P&L ownership, and strong execution and leadership skills. Compensation is $200,000–$250,000 annually plus up to 30% in performance bonuses, with medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible PTO, a home-office stipend, and a provided MacBook.
